Complaint Resolution

 

The Investigator is the person responsible to follow-up on the complaint and resolve the issue. In the investigation phase the Investigator will document how the problem was handled and resolve the issue so both parties remain happy.

The person assigned to investigate the complaint will receive an email notifying them. By just clicking on the email link Measure 2 Manage will open up the web browser and display the detail.

 

The first time the Investigator uses the "Update" button the complaint response timer is stopped. When the investigation is complete click on the "Investigation Complete" button to move the complaint into the Review process

 

The Reviewer is the person that will review the work done by the Investigator. If the Reviewer is satisfied then they mark the complaint as resolved. If not satisfied, they can send the work back to the Investigator with a comment such as "Send the lady some flowers".
