Complaint Entry Features

These items are a summary of features for the complaint entry form |
|
Every organization has different departments and programs they run. In Measure 2 Manage users only have access to their own department data. They cannot view or edit program data not assigned to them. |

Each Program has its own distinct list of data entry options that are displayed on the screen under these headings:
Action
Complaint Type
Discipline
Equipment Supplies
Finance
Outcome
Relationship to Patient
Service Delivery/Scheduling
Urgent Reason

A list of all the complaints that have not been investigated will be listed at the bottom of the Complaint Entry screen |

If the complaint # is known the number can be entered in the search box. When the complaint is located by the system the user will be transferred to the appropriate tab to view/edit the complaint. |

If the user walks away from their PC the session will eventually time out due to inactivity. When this happens all of the data entered by the user will first be saved and then the login screen will reappear. |
|
The first time that the complaint is fully entered and saved, email notifications will be sent to the both the Investigator and the Director that a complaint is pending their review. |
